Patios and walks near Lake St. Clair, built for wet ground and winter.
Chesterfield Township sits on Anchor Bay at the north end of Lake St. Clair, and it is part of the area we cover across Macomb County. We pour stamped and exposed aggregate patios, driveways, walks and steps for homes here, from the lake side of the township to the neighborhoods inland.
Getting a price is simple. Call, text or email (586) 531-1490, tell us what you are picturing, and we will come out and give you a free written estimate.
Close to the lake, ground can stay wet for long stretches, and wet ground under a slab is what frost uses to heave it. A compacted base and a slab sloped to drain matter even more here. For patios and walks that get wet, exposed aggregate is a strong choice: the surface paste is washed back to show the stone already in the mix, which gives a naturally non-slip finish that wears for decades. Stamped and sealed surfaces work well too, laid on the same solid base.
Naturally non-slip, hard-wearing.
